Enabling V2 Giving Widget for Rock RMS | Vision2 Help Center

The V2 Simple Giving Widget is available in the Rock Shop

1. Request a Rock RMS integration token from V2 Support via chat or emailing support@vision2.com

2. Log into Rock Shop with Admin-level access

   1. On the left side of the screen, Toolbox ---> Rock Shop

   2. On the right side of the screen select the Giving/Finance category

   3. Select Vision2

   4. Click Install on the left side

Add Vision2 Giving Widget on Website Via Rock RMS

1. Log into Rock RMS with Admin level access

2. On the right side of the screen, click Quick Links>External Website

3. In the menu bar at the top of the screen, select the page the widget will be added to, usually "Give"

   1. The best practice is to update the "Give Now" button

4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and a black bar will appear

   

5. Select Page Zones

   

6. Boxes around page objects will appear. Hover the arrow and click the Block button

   

7. A new window will appear showing existing block content or allow to select a new item to populate the block if nothing was previously selected

8. If there is existing content, click the red X and click OK

   

9. To add the V2 widget, click the "+"

   

10. A new "Add a Block" window will come up

    1. Enter the name for Block

    2. In "Type" start typing Vision2 and select Vision2 Simple Giving

    3. Click Save and then Done

11. After clicking Done, a window requesting a token will appear

12. Enter the Vision2 token previously provided by V2 Support as mentioned in the first section

13. Enter the Vision2 widget URL (URL for the page that hosts your Vision2 Simple Giving Widget)

    

14. Click Save

15. Giving through the widget will now appear in Rock and in Vision2
