How do I edit a mission trip participant's fundraising content? | Vision2 Help Center

 Steps to approve/reject participant photo, approve/reject participant personal statement, edit personal photo, edit personal statement


Navigate to: Data Entry > Individuals
Search for the individual you need to edit
Click on the individual's name
Click on the Reports tab

Click on the Trips tab 

Click on the pencil to edit the participant's content 

If this mission trip was set up to require approval of the photo and personal statement, you will see the approve and reject buttons. 

If this mission trip was not set up to require approval, you will still see options to upload a new photo and update the statement.

To update the photo:

Click the Change Photo button

If the image has not been uploaded to your library:

Click the Upload tab
Search for and select the image you need
Click the Save button

If the image has been uploaded to your library:

On the Library tab, click the image you wish to use and then click the Use Selected Photo button

To update the statement, type or copy/paste the text you wish to use
Click Save & I'm Done
