Access your previous online support conversations with the V2 team

To view your past conversations, please follow these steps:

• In the bottom right-hand corner of any admin portal screen, click the chat icon

• Your list of past conversations will open

• Click on any of the conversations to open the details

• Click the X below the conversation to close it
